Yesterday I asked what my friends and I should do with the UGX 100M we have saved.

By the time I checked, the post had over 57,000 views. I went through 139 replies, 16 quote posts and even the 10 replies X had marked as probable spam.

Land and real estate came up most. Then unit trusts, money markets, businesses, stocks, agriculture and bonds. There were also betting jokes and people promising returns that would need serious checking.

I put every response into one dashboard so we can search the ideas, separate the serious suggestions from the jokes and pitches, and understand what people were actually recommending.

The clearest thing from all the responses is that nobody found a genuinely safe way to turn UGX 100M into UGX 200M in two or three years.
