hello @PLDT_Cares. recently got my pldt fiber prepaid installed and hindi ako makaconnect. I cant get a ticket kasi it says in your system that my account number is invalid. I have no other options to contact you. i tried 171 and messenger already pero it says it is invalid
@PLDT_Cares pldt nagtext and email kayo sa akin na accepted ang application ko and gave me an account number. Tumawag ako sa landline and sabi sakin di daw existing yung account number. Kakabayad ko lang and wanted an update. paano kaya yon? puro bot replies kasi messenger nyo
