My wonderful, beautiful, #blessed life with #depression. Doesn’t matter if it’s in a puddle, pool, or pond. If you’re drowning, you’re drowning just the same.”

Just an introvert struggling with my #mentalhealth in #quarantine, hoping that others who feel their MH taking a hit will reach out to me. Say hello. Maybe we can both feel a little less alone and a little more understood. #ItsOkNotToBeOk #SickNotWeak #onedayatatime #MHMatters

@lauragdunson This was so fun!! I’m a book lover and I do tend to focus on work— and I’m crazy organized with my OCD traits.

@SickNotWeak Thank you for HEARING and answering the plea when I’m barely whispering in a deep black hole. Your replies matter 💌

Anyone else feel like their #mentalhealth needs to take a back seat in the current crisis on medical staff? Anyone else left feeling completely without a lifeline... with symptoms worsening by the day, hour, minute....? I don’t feel right calling my doctor #SickNotWeak

[KitCatsMeow @KitCatsMeow1]

Had a better day today. Last night, I erased my schedule and put shower and write next goal.”

It was amazing to let myself go slow. Let myself have only ONE thing. And you know what? I did SIX things.

One of my coping mechanisms against anxiety/depression/suicidal ideation is making a plan that includes baby steps and ends with something fun I can look forward to. HOW can anyone make a plan in this climate? #stuck #depressionisreal #ItsOkNotToBeOk #lockdown

Feeling #hopeless. I hate the “will continue to get worse” pandemic. “Working from home” is impossible as I cannot make myself work. Taking care of my children and attempting to be their teacher amidst this all is overwhelming. Help. Just #help #ItsOkNotToBeOk #sicknotweak

How do you support your super-supportive support system when they seldom show suffering and simultaneously require support while you’re silently slipping & sinking into suffering yourself? #SickNotWeak #KeepTalkingMH #SuicidePrevention

For the #motivational #mentalhealth warriors out there— HOW do you stay positive and motivated yourself? Are you having a good day or something? Have you begun to control your mental health? #KeepTalkingMH #KeepGoing #SickNotWeak

I love my kids. I hate my life. I’m so blessed. I want to die. I don’t want to get out of bed. I want to write a novel. I want to hide from the world. I just don’t want to be me anymore.

I can hardly make myself get out of bed even though I know the longer I stay in bed, the worse my MH gets. How do you keep your job?!? #SickNotWeak #KeepTalkingMH #depression #mentalhealth #mentalillness

Just when you think “No more, I can’t do it,”
Keep in mind, your past shows you ALWAYS get through it.

I hurt everywhere. Achy aches. And I keep fluctuating between being hot and being super cold. Hurts to swallow and horrible headache. And no motivation. Sounds like a double whammy of some kind of sick. #sicknotweak #KeepTalkingMH

@GreyMatterLeaks In no way am I laughing at your fear, but that is the longest band name and I laughed so hard!

I have no desire to commit suicide. It’d be too much effort. New high point or new low point? Unknown.

Not going to seek support anymore because I’m tired of being the wet blanket in the lives of my loved ones.
