During COVID, movie theaters nearly died. No $54 billion for them. Their response? Recliner seats, better screens, and a ticketing app that works. You got the bailout and made the seats smaller. The industry that was left to fail improved. Interesting.

Dear Airlines,

How is it that everyone agrees you're the worst part of traveling? Not the airport (except for you @CLTAirport, you are aweful to deal with. Honestly the worst airport on the east coast and every traveling professional I have ever met agrees with me, I've asked), not the flight attendants, the TSA, or anything else. It's you, the airlines, and Americans dont universally agree on anything.
