To reach more customers, add products and increase sales first understand who you’re selling to, and what your business can maintain. Be prepared to say no to anything that isn’t aligned. That is where most food entrepreneurs crash.

If I was starting a food biz today I would

1. Keep it sooo simple

2. Lock in my recipes early

3. Do some proper costing! (Instead of that back of a napkin shit I did)

4. Put myself out there early and often instead of waiting for customer crumbs.
