No one can ever convince me that anyone loves their fandom the way BTS loves ARMY. Don’t even try.

The appreciation, the gratitude, the way they constantly remind us how important we are to them… it’s heavy in the best way possible. They put us in a place of trust and responsibility. How am I supposed to process my favorite artists talking to us with this much sincerity and love?

The humility. The thankfulness in every single sentence. The way they mention us during award speeches, in old songs, in random moments, in every chance they get… please, I’m actually going to cry.

BTS deserve everything we could ever do for them — and we will keep doing it. Just like they give us love, comfort, and support, we’ll return it ten times stronger. We’re with you forever, and we will never leave you or disappoint you.

O discurso que o Namjoon fez no show de hoje mexe com a gente por um motivo muito simples: ele mostra que o BTS nunca esqueceu de onde veio. No momento em que eles ganham um prêmio gigante no AMAs, em vez de só comemorar o topo, ele escolheu olhar para trás e lembrar do início de tudo.

O que mais impressiona na fala dele é o contraste. É muito forte ouvir, em pleno 2026, que em 2017 eles não tinham nem espaço para se arrumar, precisavam improvisar a maquiagem no corredor e ainda pedir desculpas quando outros artistas passavam.
Eles eram tratados quase como intrusos pela indústria ocidental. E hoje, eles ocupam a maior sala do evento.

Mas a virada de chave do discurso e o que mostra a maturidade do Namjoon como líder, é ele admitir que ainda sente uma "sensação estranha" com tudo isso. Isso prova que o sucesso absurdo não subiu à cabeça. Eles não acham que o mundo os deve nada, eles ainda se espantam com o próprio tamanho.

Para fechar, ele faz o que o BTS sempre fez de melhor: divide o mérito. Ele deixou claro que o respeito que eles recebem hoje de cada lenda e de cada funcionário americano não é por acaso, é por causa do ARMY. É um discurso maduro, pé no chão e que dá um orgulho absurdo, porque mostra que a gente venceu junto com eles, desde a época do corredor.

🚨 We are demanding accountability from @KCBD11 and morning anchor, James Eppler @JamesEppler for his unacceptable and racist remark made on-air about BTS.

While discussing the new @BTS_twt x @Oreo collaboration, Mr Eppler commented the cookie designs spelled out “Death to America.”

This was not humor. It was ignorant, disrespectful, and harmful rhetoric directed not only at BTS, but also at millions of Korean and Korean-American people who already face harmful stereotypes and xenophobia. Casual racism towards Asian artists and communities should never be normalized or dismissed as a “joke.”

BTS have spent years promoting love, unity, and cultural connection across the world. They, and the communities they represent, deserve the same respect any other global artists would receive.

We expect:
• A public acknowledgment and apology
• Accountability from the station and anchor involved
• Stop using racist rhetoric as a punchline

Do better.

I think @Oreo should ask @fox34 why they're are attaching a vile message like that to the oreo brand on national TV. It's defamatory and damaging to both your brand and your brand ambassadors.
