@Uber Your support is by far the **WORST** support system I've ever seen. It took me 6 hours to find a way to contact a human because your app just keeps taking me to pre-written articles and when I finally reach a human they keep closing the ticket without resolving the issue.

Discrimination based on any race should be considered unacceptable, though. So I agree with you that it should also be publicised if the opposite happens.

@Alex16047584 @cbcnewsbc I'd have to disagree there. There are a lot of similarities of course, but from my experience Canadians are a lot more polite and orderly than the U.S. citizens I've met. There are always exceptions, though.
