Anyone know how to deal with the appalling customer service from Virgin Media.

I have to say that i am not experiencing the “exceptional customer service” that they are eager to promote. In my experience, this being my first order, it certainly is very poor. The issue arose on 2nd September and is still not sorted after numerous emails.
