@KampalaJournal I fully support sanctions against individuals involved in Impunity. Infact, @ChrisObore1 should be sanctioned too including M7 &his family, MPs,ministers, and heads of MDAs involved by EU countries, and the US! We would save alot on travels. Financial discipline too.

@KambehoBlair @newvisionwire I think acquiring this plane was for strategic reasons. The force needs this strategic asset! I recommend a critical assessment of the force's broader mandate in alignment with the functions of other sectors including VIP transportation. It can be chartered out!
