Its taken a WEEK to make this journey.. It could have walked it in 8 hours..
Allegedly it will get to it's destination monday🤔

The email blatantly telling me you can't be arsed to send me a refund and 'take it up with my bank '. Really!! Absolutely the most appalling customer non-service

It takes 3 days for you to answer an email then all you do is keep asking for non-relevant bits if information every 3 days..Ridiculous
