Boris from Anthropic just gave a 30 minute masterclass on Claude Code

the one thing he says to start with: stop editing code, just ask questions about your codebase first

that alone is how Anthropic trains every new hire on day one

"commit push PR" - it makes the branch, the commit and the pull request by itself
