Can the pain dua be recited only for pain, or can it also be recited for other illnesses? For example, if there is a tumor or cyst without pain, can it still be recited while placing the hand over that area?

I booked the ride as the app showed a fare of ₹321.18 and an estimated wait time of 7 minutes. However, the driver kept messaging me saying he would arrive in 10 minutes and requested that I wait and not cancel the ride. He ultimately arrived more than 20 minutes late.
