@Bell shame on you, harassing my 92 year old grandfather for $500 over a piece of equipment he was never provided (your error!), even sending a collection agency after him. Next stop is @cbcgopublic and canecllation of our entire family’s Bell services.
@Bell I have been in a never ending saga with your customer service (2yrs) and am waiting for a supervisor call back which is 28 hours overdue. Is this how you run a business?! The broken promises continue to pile up.
