@UK_CAA Over the last week I have dm'd you every day and am still to receive even a generic reply it's just not good enough! Stop giving unrealistic timescales for refunds when the truth of the matter is you have no clue when they are going to be sent.

@UK_CAA how the refund process works to help provide some clarity. When you paid Thomas Cook, you will have paid a £2.50 charge toward the CAA’s ATOL holiday protection scheme. That £2.50 is the only part of your money that we received from your booking, your refund comes from
