@lucahjin I'm not sure how to fix it completely but as I get myself to do more things that get me into contact with more people and out of my own bubble the urge to eat good food is slowly trickling back.

@lucahjin For me this is one of the symptoms that actually clues me into my mental health not being as good as I thought it is. For me it's usually some sort of depression, or at the very least a part of me feeling very overwhelmed and overstimulated by the general state of the world.

@banzoinhakka If its nourishment you need you're better off adding conditioner if you haven't already. Or getting a shampoo that focuses on cleaning the scalp.

I usually get an ogx shampoo (the blue and green are my favs) or if growing my hair out the garnier grow strong shampoo

@crimzonruze Going from stereotypical jrpg mp tropes- either blue or green. I imagine running out of mp feels like when you've done a lot of thinking and you just dont function even if your body feels fine.

Though now-a-days green usually indicates stamina, so I'm leaning towards blue.
