The federal government is coming to New York State next week for four days.

The Small Business Administration (@SBAgov) will be holding hearings for small business owners, farmers, and homeowners to come and share what you've experienced living in New York State.

If a solar complex, wind complex, ORES in general, or battery energy storage system (BESS) has ruined, or will ruin, your home value, business, or farm, this is the perfect time to come out and air your grievances.

The SBA wants to hear it all and will take back what they learn to DC.

"Why is my electric bill so expensive in New York State?"

A lot of people, rightfully, ask this question. For many of us, our electric bills are triple what they used to be this time last year. When we look at our bills, that cost increase is coming from "delivery charges" and a "Systems Benefit Charge (SBC)."

@NYSERDA's Clean Energy Fund is collected through the SBC.

The delivery charges and SBCs are used to fund the rollout of commercial solar and wind through ORES statewide. They have to get that money from somewhere!

And we're not just talking about a few thousand dollars. We're talking about billions of dollars. In fact, NYSERDA is sitting on over $2 billion dollars in its coffers we speak (released December 2025).

In the chart below, NYSERDA has "committed" $5.163 billion to solar and wind projects as of 2025 (in other words, they have committed $5.163 billion dollars to foreign companies or foreign renewable boards over the project's duration).

These are the long-term financial commitments NYSERDA is making under its REC (renewable energy certificate) contracts.

Here are some of the "commitments" that can be seen in this download:
Two Rivers Solar: $499 million
South Ripley Solar: $478 million
Mill Point: $558 million
Dolgeville: $607 million
Prattsburgh Wind: $620 million

The developers, most of which are foreign, build the project and obtain an Operational Certification. Since ORES defers to the developers as experts over their own projects, there is no pushback from the state. ORES issues permits nearly 100% of the time.

Once the project starts generating electricity, for each month, the project transfers the RECs created from that generation to NYSERDA. NYSERDA then pays for those RECs.

If NYSERDA is paying for those RECs... that means you and I are paying for those RECs. They use money from the ratepayers and taxpayers of this state to create one of the most sinister money-laundering schemes in the history of our country.

Along the way, the corporations/NYSERDA are collecting our prime farmland, water sources, and wetlands in contracts that are good for 30-50 years. The contracts will outlive those that are signing them.

And that's all part of the plan.

The Hanson family, Peter, Sue Kim and their 2 1/2 year old daughter Christine, were on their way to California to visit Disneyland and Sue Kim's family who'd not yet gotten to meet little Christine.

They tragically changed their flight last minute from September 10th after Peter was called into a meeting.

Peter was in marketing and Sue Kim was a doctoral candidate in microbiology immunology at Boston University. Christine was their only child and loved Mickey Mouse.

Peter called his father Lee from Flight 175 (the second plane), informing him it was being hijacked and asking him to call the FBI.

In his second call Peter told his parents that the hijackers had boxcutters and had killed a stewardess. His parents were watching the nightmare unfolding on TV, the devastating of Flight 11 having already hit the North Tower.

Peter said he didn't know where they were but feared they were going to fly into a building. As recounted by his mother Eunice, he told his dad, "Don't worry, it'll be quick," before saying "oh my God, oh my God. Lee heard a crash. He hung up the phone and was never the same."

This is one of those stories that has been seared into my memory since the week of 9/11, the initial reports mentioned the Peter and Sue Kim keeping little Christine calm so she wouldn't be frightened despite knowing what was about to happen.

It was Christine's first plane ride and she's generally considered the youngest victim of 9/11. Dad and grandfather Lee Hanson passed away in 2018 at the age of 85.

The Hanson family were m*rdered by Muslim terrorists Marwan al-Shehhi, Fayez Banihammad, Mohand al-Shehri, Hamza al-Ghamdi and Ahmed al-Ghamdi.

Very good news… but not for @GovKathyHochul @TishJames. A federal judge just issued an order to show cause in our #287g lawsuit against the state.

Just yesterday Hochul lied, as she always does, and said “to those suing us, to those trying to block the implementation of this law….tried before and failed, our law has already been upheld by courts, but if you’re trying it again, I say bring it on.”

Oh… we are Governor… we are.

@alphafox Definitely worth it. Sadly we can’t afford the upfront costs this year but 1/4 a cow lasted my family of 4 for about a year. The hamburger alone was worth it. I’m gonna try to get it next fall again cuz the per pound price is definitely cheaper.
