@avassecretdiary 700-800 max not gonna lie, the half pieces of bread along with the half eaten meat is probably 450. Along with the sweet potato fries around 200, and the cheese around 100. But depending on the oil or seasoning etc, iโd say around 7-800 ^_^
@fawn_bite_ just had one yesterday! very good for macronutrients but not the best for proteinโฆ i recommend microwaving it 5-10 seconds and having it with milk ^^
@dietpixiie thatโs alright, working out can make surgery easier and more comfortable to live in your body as well. loose skin or not, it is good to reactivate your skin elasticity, and thereโs a good chance you can firm up some areas! (science based feedback ;) )
