Part of what makes Ted Lasso work so well is centering it around a team and the community that loves it. We're in the same place, centering around a team, but with new social issues and the need to generate and/or retain a community for a new team.

And yeah I'm older and have had a lot more therapy this time but a lot of it comes down to trying on a different metaphorical pair of glasses and realizing oh there's leaves on trees and most people can see them. I hadn't noticed how uncomfortable I was before I put these on.

It's amazing how much pain/discomfort you can become desensitized to until it is relieved. It's also really easy to shift the blame away from the real culprit and make your life harder than it needs to be.

Going on T and dressing in what makes me comfortable and happy makes me feel so much more confident and good in my body and so much mental angst I had about myself and my body the first time I went through puberty just hasn't been here the second time.
