@airtelindia thank you for being dubious. Customer service is bang on in duping people with half information. Had asked for a service hold for 2 months. Slapped with full 2 months bill instead of holding bills. Threatening and abusive phone calls have started. Blame is on me.

@myntra waiting for a pickup for a return since 18th of September. Everyday I receive a message customer not reachable and pickup failed even though I am home. The amount of calls I have made with no solution makes me wonder how competent your service team is
@myntra and the same thing happened just now… was put on hold deliberately (just like yesterday) so that I make the choice of disconnecting the call. If this is not harassment of a customer I don’t know what is!
