I would have cancelled with an agent if one had answered the phone.

@SkyHelpTeam I wasn't asked as far as I know. I've been a customer for over a decade. I didn't even have a suspicion that my number would be changed.
Also, even though I have sent 2 cancel requests and received 2 acknowledgements, the order tracker still shows it being processed.

@SkyHelpTeam I already ordered an upgrade, but when the confirmation came through, it said my "Sky Talk number will be No Number"
I want to keep my own number.
There was no way to query this, so I had to cancel.
I am currently checking out alternatives.
