Essentially this is how it works:

Band Markets is a betting board for price ranges. You pick an asset (SOL, Tesla, Bitcoin, etc.) and a time. The price scale is cut into buckets, like:
$200–$210
$210–$220
$220–$230
You buy the bucket you think the price will land in. When time is up, one bucket wins. That bucket’s pot is split among the people who bought it. Everyone else is out.

So basically the rewards are not given by the treasury or fees but by the traders.
