💥 Valhalla is the largest multi-ring impact structure on the surface of Jupiter's moon Callisto.

The central region spans approximately 600 km, while the system of concentric rings extends nearly 3,000 km. The crater was formed by a massive collision with a large asteroid during the early history of the Solar System. The impact sent waves rippling through Callisto's icy crust, causing the surface to fracture into concentric patterns. Studying Valhalla helps us understand the structure of the moon's icy crust and the processes that shaped its surface billions of years ago.
