My return was picked up on March 18, yet my full refund is still pending. After a partial refund, I contacted support only to be told their own internal mix-up (wrong return request processed) caused the issue.

Basic dignity of labor means valuing people’s effort, however small or big, with respect and fair compensation. Until we recognize that, we’ll keep undermining the very talent we claim to nurture.

It’s time we move beyond acknowledgment and make dignity of labor non-negotiable.
