Train 194 on 7/3 was 1.5 hours delayed and AC wasn’t working in over 100F weather for my 2hr trip to NY. I emailed a conplaint and it was essentially ignored, with only 250 Guest Rewards points offered as compensation. I paid a lot for the ticket too, do better! @Amtrak

@AmericanAir our flight that was originally supposed to leave PHX at 1:30pm just got even further delayed until 9:45pm. I am very frustrated at this point and will not be taking American Airlines ever again.
