Six-year-old Noelle Thompson is in the fight of her life.

She's battling a rare, life-threatening genetic disorder, and after more than a year of searching, her family who lives in Falls Church, Virginia still hasn't found the bone marrow donor who could save her.

So her mom turned to TikTok with a simple message: "A mom will do anything for her child."

That plea has already inspired more than 600 people to join the National Marrow Donor Program but Noelle is still waiting for her lifesaving match.
