If customers won't buy your stuff, try asking what they would buy. This sounds obvious, but surprisingly few founders do it, and it often yields valuable insights.
after 365 days of fitness tracking, my est. biological age dropped from 31.7 to 26.7 (~6 years). some stats i'm proud of:

What I find strange is math has the opposite property. Math seems effective at making complicated scenarios simpler, but in macroeconomics it seems to turn simple things more complicated somehow.
is it just me, or does the math in macroeconomics papers feel sus? itโs strange to see so much rigor around somewhat common-sense phenomenon. seems unnecessary to use math to add precision to a model that partly capture complex dynamics of reality.
just like pi = circumfrence/diameter, not just 3.14. it helps to think about e as a base for continuous growth, not just 2.71.
much like we scale 1 to describe numbers or a unit circle to describe circles, we can scale e^x to describe any continually growing system.
โEach of us lives dependent and bound by our individual knowledge and our awareness. All that is what we call reality. However, both knowledge and awareness are equivocal. Oneโs reality might be anotherโs illusion. We all live inside our own fantasies.โ
