So disappointed in my local #LensCrafters in Paramus Park, NJ. I’ve been a customer there for years and have been satisfied until recently. The glasses they made me were clearly not right, as I couldn’t see. I went back within 30 days and was completely (continued in comments)

3- problem was either with me or the doctor. I’ve worn glasses for 40+ years. There is something wrong with these glasses. All a customer wants is to be heard and for help when something is wrong. #lenscrafters has officially lost my business.

2- dismissed by the optician, who couldn’t have been nicer when he was making the sale. Told me the glasses were fine and was anything but helpful. My mistake was not insisting on getting them remade then. The manager there wasn’t much more helpful when I went back, insisting the
