@greateranglia My paper ticket never working to open the barrier is getting alittle old now. Let’s sort it out! Tried all the different ticket machines at wickford over the past week and they all give the same result “seek assistance” when I try and put it through the barrier.😂

@sophielouisecc There 4 ice rinks in the whole of England where you can do curling!!! 4!!!!! I felt inspired during the winter Olympics to take it up, but with only 4 ice rinks and none near me, it looks like that won’t be happening!

@SW_Help Thank you. I called up and the lady told me it was a “computer error”. It was showing half my journey as being 12/02/26. I guess you’ll try anything to not give people their money back.

@SW_Help little fed up. My delay reclaim has been declined AGAIN. Unfortunately someone was hit by a train on 11/02/26 which means no trains were leaving Waterloo at 10:20am. I had to get a uber to my location. I’m trying to claim my ticket ticket back…(part one)

Yet apparently according to your system…the train did run and only arrived 1min late?! I’d like to know what system you’re looking at because NO trains were leaving Waterloo..let alone only arriving 1 min late.

@greateranglia is there’s reason why the ticket machines are giving paper tickets with a QR code only…for travel cards…not really very helpful when half the ticket barriers in London don’t have this feature to use.

@SW_Help I tried to use my train ticket on the underground because the trains were cancelled…but I got told I couldn’t use it. …I had to buy another train ticket that cost me £7….when I already had a train ticket for £9. How are you going to compensate this?

@BBCBreakfast How is it fair to change the student loan system AFTER students have signed up to it. Unfortunately this has made labour very unpopular with the younger generation…..
