Just an update. I have been in contact with @DIRECTV tonight. Thank you for reaching out. Finally realized that the @ATT customer reps lied. Also have not heard a word from @ATT. Think long and hard before you make a change.

@ATT @DIRECTV I changed from Spectrum end of June. Was told I would get $300 to $350 in gifts cards. That I would get these in 6 to 8 weeks. As of today have not seen 1. Somebody didn’t tell the truth. Thought everyone should be told. Don’t fall for it!!!
