@Erry_Marlene I was able to get through on their chat after 2 hours of waiting. But I did get a response from their Twitter after my post. They refunded the items I didn’t receive and sent me a discount code for a future purchase

@Aerie customer service has really gone down hill. My confirmation email and package arrived, as expected. But I was missing several items from it. For almost a week each day i have emailed, called, and used the online chat with no resolution. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
