I had invested in PFC debentures way back in 2011, for a value of Rs 20000, four bonds of Rs 5000 each @8.3% interest. Now Rs 21660 has been deposited in my account probably as redemption amount! What is the logic, 1660 interest amount for 15 years? Kindly explain?

Water supply has totally stopped now. Our residence is 51, Beach road, Besant Nagar, Chennai. Previously the obstruction was due to the roots of a tree which was set right by Chennai metro people. Now again water supply dwindled to a trickle and now stopped.
