@ScotRail Whilst I appreciate a medical emergency is a difficult situation to deal with Scotrail has not covered itself in glory dealing with the aftermath at Waverley …. decision making has to b poor when folk r being asked to get off their 3rd train that’s going nowhere

@ScotRail Scotrail deliver again …. TWO carriages in 17:38 PERTH train … had to get off at Haymarket and get a later train home … unbearable unacceptable !!!
