My claim is that there are laws and policies that courts and researchers have found disproportionately burden Blacks.

I didn’t say Black people are unable to succeed. Millions do everyday so I’d never say that. I said there are laws and policies that can disproportionately impact Black people. Those are two different claims.

Milligan), felony disenfranchisement laws are all recent examples found by courts to intentionally discriminate against Blacks. Need more?

@ChristKing562 @TheOfficerTatum Here’s a start…look into sentencing disparities, felony disenfranchisement laws, historical redlining, and documented racial disparities in lending and banking access. Whether you agree doesn’t matter. The existence of these disparities is well documented by reputable sources.
