As a now-homeowner, I’m realizing that I must be against any construction that could make my property value go down.
But I must also be against any construction that could make my property value(taxes) go up.

@DenverWestword Understanding the difference between design speeds and posted speeds of roads will show this was doomed from the beginning. Drivers will go as fast as the road design allows - regardless of posted limits
