Had a conversation with an MP recently about the fact that 'mental health' now trumps everything and we both pondered how long it would be until criminals can avoid the dock due to their 'mental health'....(not just grounds of diminished responsibility once at trial).
Where does mental health end and bad behaviour begin?
It's certainly a conversation which we're all about to have.....and that's no bad thing.
