@ZurichNA would not pay a travel claim because @FlyFrontier is unable to provide a reason for the flight cancelation the other day. What is the point in purchasing travel insurance? #customerservicefail

@CSMIA_Official - You need to have a better operating procedure for people to reach out during an emergency in their lives. Today I called up multiple numbers listed on your website and none was useful. Some never bothered to pick up. #disappointing#CustomerService
