Joining (a little late) my Doa-a-Yae colleagues to support Assistance Association for Political Prisoners' (AAPP) campaign to release political prisoners in Myanmar. @DoaAYae@HtuuLouRae@thinzashunleiyi@kjsint @ThawWinnie
@AndrewYang@SimuLiu@DWilkins21 You need to message that we want Asian Americans to be more visible in the media. Asian Americans are Americans!!! But we need to be more visible in the media. It is not that we need to show our American-ness. We are Americans!
George Takei signed his new book "They Called Us Enemy" by @GeorgeTakei, @JustinEisinger, and Steve Scott and illustrated by @harmimimi! He was happy when I told him he was one of my inspirations for pursuing my PhD! @BradTakei@NHFPL
@helenristov @justinmshea@ChicagoRusers @ChiDataWomen @Gogo @TroyFor25 @dale_rosenthal Thanks @dale_rosenthal for presenting smoothScatter(). It is quite a useful plot function in the base graphics library. I would have thought it would be in a kernel density library.

Attended my first @ChicagoRusers meeting co-hosted with @ChiDataWomen! Great to learn about credit approval @helenristov , WNBA and 3.5 miles race data by @gogo employees, smoothScatter by @justinmshea . Thanks to Adam Ginensky, @TroyFor25, and the organizers. #rstats

From https://t.co/wY8mrPKpMV, my display laminate should still be under warranty but when I went to the Genius Bar, the specialist was very polite but but quoted the repair at $575 plus. Can you check on this? I love this laptop but problem is disappointing.
@hadleywickham Yes!! This book is the go to resource for making graphs with ggplot. Thanks @winston_chang! I even copied the barebones code from the physical book for my own reference. Great that it is free now!
@dantoml @jckarter @slava_pestov @ehay2k Similar experience. I am up to 80 wpm with Colemak but I still need to consciously focus on typing. I still really like the Colemak layout. Just have so much muscle memory with QWERTY.
