@nirailways And yet the earlier Bangor train, leaving GCS at 7.55, left a minute early, despite being a connector train for the portadown line train that had just arrived. Lots of us running to get it and despite that, and the next train being cancelled, the driver left at 7.54.

@nirailways Can you advise what we should do - those of us on a train to Lisburn who need to get to Moira/lurgan/portadown? Is it another train from Lisburn or a bus substitute? First time I’ve tried commuting by train in months and will be the last - dire comms from translink as usual!

@EamonnGee @GaryHynds Where did you get the figure of 83% from? I estimate it to be approx 20% less than that - approx 70k HE students in NI, of which 45k study in Belfast.

Note how many are stood outside freezing waiting for buses and trains that are either delayed or cancelled. See how many are late for appointments, work or school.

@NicksMc @Translink_NI Yes seems like they met with some MLAs last week regarding constituents’ complaints about the service deterioration on the Portadown line, and made several promises they had no intention of fulfilling. Zero accountability, it’s madness they get away with it. @CEOTranslink_NI
