AMTA is pleased that the second phase of the @YourAlberta Driving Back to Work Grant Program was announced today. This will help with a potential shortage of 3,600 commercial drivers in Alberta by 2023. More information on the program can be found here:

It's called the Cooperative Truck Platooning System and it was unveiled today at a news conference at our office in Rocky View County. @YourAlberta Transportation Minister @RajanJSaw was part of the announcement and says this project is vital for the economic recovery of Alberta.
