@marksandspencer Just a quick follow up on this - while this is a sensible approach, you might want to consider how to manage your search filters - when you select gluten free as a filter no naturally gluten free products appear, making it look like you have a really poor gluten free range.

@marksandspencer Looking at your Christmas food catalogue - the goose isn’t listed as gluten free, but the only ingredient listed online is ‘goose’. We’ve been caught out before so understand we are paranoid, but is there anything a coeliac would react to in your goose? Cheers!
