With the divine blessings of Bhagwan Shri Ram and Bhagwan Shri Krishna, I have today drafted a complaint to be filed before the Deputy Commissioner of Police (South District) as the next step in this matter under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

This complaint will be submitted tomorrow, i.e., on 13.04.2026, requesting immediate directions for registration of FIR and necessary action against the accused, Dhruv Rathee.

If no concrete steps are taken even after approaching the DCP, I will have no option but to approach the Hon’ble Court for appropriate directions and relief.

Voices + Legal Action = Real Protection for Sanatan Dharma. We will pursue this matter till justice is served.

Sanatan Dharma is eternal, and so is our resolve to protect it. No insult to our Bhagwans will go unchallenged. We stand united and determined!

🚨 “Any Jihad aimed at making India ‘Ghazwa-e-Hind’ will not be tolerated!” - Minister Nitesh Rane

Reacting strongly to the Nashik incident, @NiteshNRane termed it “corporate jihad” and called for serious attention from society.

🗣️ He stated that 15 victims have already filed complaints and urged more affected women to come forward without fear.

❗ He also raised critical questions:
➡️ What was the company’s HR department doing?

➡️ Why was no action taken despite such serious allegations within the workplace?

⚠️ Yesterday, when the accused were brought to court, around 600 people reportedly gathered in their support.
This raises serious concerns; similar public mobilisations have been seen earlier too, such as during the funeral of Yakub Memon.

⚠️ Rane further demanded a thorough background check of the accused, stressing that such incidents cannot be ignored.

This case raises serious concerns about workplace safety, accountability, and the need for strict action against coercion of any kind.

Today, on 9th April 2026, I have filed a formal criminal complaint before the Station House Officer, Cyber Cell Police Station, Saket, New Delhi, against Mr. Mallikarjun Kharge (@kharge) for his highly inflammatory, communally charged and violence-inciting speech delivered at a public rally in Nilambazar, Assam.

This is clear hate speech.

In the speech, he referred to RSS (@RSSorg) and BJP (@BJP4India) as “zehreela saanp” (venomous snake) and reportedly urged the audience, citing the Quran, to abandon namaz and eliminate them, warning that failure to do so would endanger their own survival.

Such statements prima facie promote enmity between groups, incite violence, and disturb communal harmony.

This is not protected political speech but a serious abuse that strikes at the secular fabric and constitutional values of our nation. I have invoked relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and the IT Act, and requested prompt investigation and action in line with the Hon’ble Supreme Court’s directions on hate speech.

The rule of law must prevail. Justice demands swift and impartial action.

Fortunate to meet Maria Wirth Ji (@mariawirth1) at the Indraprastha Cultural Festival (@IPCFestival), organized by Shri Rahul Dewan Ji (@RahulDewanV2), founder of Sangam Talks (@sangamtalks), along with Shri Ramesh Shinde Ji (@Ramesh_hjs) and Shri Shriram Luktuke Ji (@shriram_l).

For decades, Maria Ji has been a powerful and sincere voice for Sanatana Dharma. Coming from Germany, she embraced India’s timeless wisdom in the 1980s and has since dedicated her life to sharing its profound beauty with the world through her honest writings and fearless insights.

Her books, like “Thank You India” and the recent “Why Hindu Dharma is Under Attack by Muslims, Christians and the Left” are eye-openers that remind us of the unique value of our ancient heritage.

Appropriate civil and criminal remedies are being pursued in this matter.

Civil Remedy:

Step 1: A complaint has already been filed with the Grievance Officer; however, no action has been taken.

Step 2: A representation has been made to the GAC, and the statutory period of one month is awaited for completion.

Criminal Remedy:

Step 1: A complaint has already been made to the Police/SHO, but no action has been taken so far.

Step 2: A representation will be made to the concerned DCP.

Further action shall be taken in accordance with the law.

In the end, the destruction of evil and falsehood is certain.

Sanatan Sanstha extends congratulations to Advocate @ssvirendra, National President of Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad, on receiving the ‘Hindu Shaurya Puraskar 2026’ at the 13th ‘Shobhayatra Ramrajyachi’ in Dhankawadi, Pune, organized by Shri #RamNavami Utsav Samiti. The honour was conferred by MLA @BhimraoTapkir

The recognition was given for his continuous legal service for #Hindu interests offering free legal assistance in the Dabholkar and Pansare cases, contributing significantly to the return of 1250 acres of land to the Pandharpur Vitthal Temple, and presenting a strong legal stand in cases such as #Malegaon blast.

While addressing the gathering, he spoke about the role of judiciary efforts in bringing #Ramrajya into reality and referred to the #Azad_Maidan incident involving women police, calling for justice.

The programme concluded with Maha Aarti and also included felicitation of various eminent individuals and organisations.
