The lift at Raxaul Jn is almost always out of service. What's the point of installing it if passengers can't use it? Senior citizens, patients, and others face serious difficulty crossing the foot over bridge. Kindly restore it urgently.

My 80+ year old mother was traveling through PPTA Jn.... Due to absence of lift in foot over bridge it was too painful for her to cross the platform.

Can railway provide the lift facility at PPTA JN for FOB
