Dear @Airtel_Presence, your broadband service and customer support have been nothing short of appalling. My internet has been completely down for the past 4 days, yet despite repeated complaints and a confirmed technician appointment, no one has bothered to visit. To make matters worse, the customer care number provided is either unreachable or offers no real assistance. This reflects a complete disregard for paying customers' time and trust. If Airtel cannot fulfill basic service commitments, it should stop making false promises. I expect an immediate resolution, failing which I will escalate this matter to @TRAI, the National Consumer Helpline, and every appropriate consumer grievance platform.
