The 11.95-km Sleemanabad Tunnel under the Bargi Diversion Project will carry Narmada water to the Son Basin entirely by gravity, without pumping.

The ₹1,600+ crore engineering marvel will provide irrigation to 2.45 lakh hectares across 1,450 villages in Satna, Maihar, Jabalpur, Katni, Panna and Rewa, strengthening water security and transforming agriculture in Madhya Pradesh. 🌾
