My Ledger Flex is stuck on factory firmware 1.2.2. I have tried multiple computers (Mac and Windows), multiple USB cables, and different network environments (including mobile hotspots). It always failed with 'Network Error' or 'PIN Loop'. Please issue an RMA for a replacement.
