Finally boarding my flight to Eugene with a plane change in Denver.
Only problem is because of the delay, I will now miss my connecting flight. We now arrive after boarding closes.

A very nice technician that was working a couple houses down from me was able to help me get an appointment scheduled for today. Thank goodness for him because everybody else at @ATT was of no help whatsoever
DON’T use @ATT Internet service.
Although I was not affected by an outage that began yesterday at 1 PM I can’t get a technician to come fix the cut line in my yard. I lost Internet when my husband accidentally cut the line at 3 PM. AT&T does not care about their customers!
I also just spoke with an install technician that is doing an install a couple houses down. He stated he is not aware of any outages in my subdivision. AT&T just doesn’t want to send anyone. Am currently on hold to cancel my service.
Just verified with the technician that we don’t have an outage here and I still can’t get anyone from AT&T to come out and fix this line. Technician told me it would take 30 minutes to fix. @ATT you have been lying to us since 3 PM yesterday.

I have been trying to get someone to come out and repair a cut line at my home with absolutely no luck.
Consistently told there is an outage in my area, but I was not affected by any outage. I lost service as soon as I accidentally cut the line.
@ATT Internet outage in watauga and parts of Keller, Texas for over six hours with no updates.
Your app and your customer service absolutely stinks. Impossible to get any kind of information.
How much longer until this is fixed
