Can’t book anything anywhere else - it’s after midnight so their systems are all set for Sunday night - Monday. Tried an Airbnb, but same difficulty. Plus it’s spring break and they are all full of people who made reservations - Like I did!!!
Called customer care back, and to make up for sending us 30 minutes down the road to a fully booked hotel, I was offered 35k points. Sorry you are sitting in a truck in a parking lot 600+ miles from home, here’s some points for a future stay. Utter BS.

The courtyard desk agent Mel was fantastic, she called about 30 hotels to find a spot. All booked. I drove around and saw a vacancy sign and Paid cash for a filthy room so my family could try to sleep. I’m sleeping in the truck out front.

@Marriott@MarriottBonvoy@MBonvoyAssist platinum elite for many years, I’ve never had such a terrible experience. Had a reservation confirmed and checked in online and canceled when I arrived after a 10 hour drive. Customer care then sent me to a full hotel. Then hung up on me.

@WeMOcares And I still get weekly texts from you on the HOT deals on Wemo products. more like hot garbage. I have to power cycle my house to get the lights to work.
@WEMOcares Please stop texting me unless you want to buy back this crap. I had 30 Wemo devices and a HomeKit router that never worked. your solution was buy new switches w/ thread - at 20% off #ThanksForNothing New switches are unresponsive in HomeKit, won't reset, dont work.
