(2) got charged for both & couldn’t locate the bookings. Still no email or info for the bookings. Called & was told to do a dispute. Got told the investigation could take until June. Now BOTH reservations appear, but still no info on how to access the bookings. @CapitalOne

How do you talk to someone with @CapitalOne who can actually help & fix things. Used their travel program to book a reservation. Didn’t get a confirmation, got an error saying it couldn’t go through. It told me the listing wasn’t available. Book again & same thing. (1)
