@ITAAirways Ita-Air lost my bags twice in one trip. Filed for a PIF# per direction on the website. Get a PIF #, wait for a reply. Check every day. Then find out the PIF report no longer exists, must call the airline. No way to call the airline. legitimately a black hole of customer service.
