Truly don't understand why, if Spotify is supposed to act as a pseudo music platformed social media (in addition to streaming music), they don't have a feature to like/comment/listen-with your friends who you see in the side bar? Just a thought
This is the first full week that Connecticut nursing homes have reported zero resident deaths associated with COVID-19 since September. More proof that #VaccinesWork.
Achieving universal access to vaccines for all adults by May is a bold, aggressive goal coming from President Biden, and this is the kind of leadership that is necessary to get our state and our country back to normal.

A live look at me this morning as the only non-clinical/non-MIT educated person on a zoom call with faculty from MIT & nurses from the emergency department:
Lacrosse helped me see that women belong in the boardroom just as much as they belong on the field - not sure where I’d be without the lessons learned in teamwork, compassion, & perseverance, the confidence it instilled, or the leadership skills it helped me refine. #NGWSD
“it’s like watching that exotic Joe show on Netflix - it’s a complete train wreck but I can’t take my eyes off it” - my mother, trying to refer to Tiger King
@GovRaimondo maybe you should review this data before telling Rhode Island educators they need to “do better” in their response to the pandemic. What more can you & the @RIDeptEd do to manage that 1.4x risk?

Only hearing bits and pieces of conversations is always interesting...especially when those conversations are occurring in hospitals, and especially when one piece is “well was it armed robbery or was it not armed robbery? I kind of need to know before I hire them”
Ended up in the hospital elevator with my boss & a surgeon...
Surgeon: “did you hear about the actress that stabbed her husband?”
Me: “No, who was it?”
Surgeon: “Reese something”
My boss: “Witherspoon?”
Surgeon (*as door opens & he exits*): “not with her spoon, with a knife!”
The best part of my 26th birthday was my 94 & 95 year old grandparents singing “happy birthday” to me over the phone when I stepped out of a pandemic preparedness mtg...the worst part of my birthday was not being able to see them bc I was coming right from work #PandemicProblems
the one thing I will miss about where I currently live is the ability to walk out of my building and walk to a local donut shop within 5 mins, and then walk back carrying warm Boston creme donuts
What a scoop. In April, HHS and the USPS were set to mail five face masks to every US residence. Imagine the impact--lives saved, jobs recovered--that would have had on the pandemic if the Administration hadn't called this announcement off. https://t.co/FesGDRVRoY
